Our products
Scorebook QA is our quality-scoring tool for small support and BPO teams. It helps teams score calls against a weighted scorecard, handle agent disputes, calibrate evaluators and track quality over time. It is in development, and you can try the live demo today.
Business kits are Word and Excel templates for call QA, agent coaching, SOPs, onboarding, reply templates and client onboarding. You can edit them and use your own branding within the license terms. Browse the kits.
